The service advisor was fine, but for those thinking of coming here just be aware they will try up sell you services for your car that you don't actually need and the prices are also way higher than normal. I just did major service on my Toyota 3 months ago somewhere else to fix a number of issue because my car is 9 years old and it was due for a major service. That service included alignment as well. My service advisor at Bill Wright tried to sell me their alignment services and a number of other services I just did, saying it was a critical issue in my car and they were trying to charge almost $200-$400 for each service. I appreciate service centers that are transparent, by showing me videos or pictures of the issues with my car, rather than using fear tactics to sell me services I don't need. I definitely don't plan to come back. ”
