I liked the feedback sheets with the yellow green snd red marks to tell me what was needed and at what level of urgency. The text I got just told me that I needed to do $2,000 worth of work. The service advisors used to call us and talk to us about the things that were red and deemed urgently needed. I did not understand the digital feedback that I was given. I thought that I would receive a call. But then I remembered that the service advisor had told me that everything has gone to digital feedback. So sad. I bet Toyota has also made it to where the advisors now make less money as well, because a lot of the advisors that I had worked with for a long time are gone. I have been going to the service center for over 30 years. Computers are not service advisors. People are. ”
