What Is Routine Maintenance

I recently purchased a used Toyota from a different company and wanted to bring it in to Toyota to check it out and do any needed service. Erik helped sign me in and went over everything that they'd do to make me feel more comfortable with my used car purchase. They provided a helpful video that was sent to my cell to show the inspection and had everything done in about an hour. The waiting area is extremely comfortable with private seating areas, TV's to pass the time, comfortable seating and couches as well as a decent café inside to grab a bite or something to drink. I would absolutely recommend anybody who cares about the investment in their cars to check them out.

I absolutely love this toyota. I love working with Nicole and Alyssa, they are always amazing. I don't even live in Bakersfield anymore but if I happen to be there when an oil change is due, I will always gladly book an appointment just because of how amazing their service providers are. There's lots of seating, the restrooms are always clean, and there is a little taco place in there as well. They also have a children's area and outlets to charge a phone or a laptop while waiting for services.

We were just wasting time. Found two used trucks that we like. Left for a family thing, and headed back. The white truck was sold out from under us, so our second pick is what won. The price was pretty good for the low mileage Chevy. The sellsman was not pushy, gave us space helped pushed paperwork through as fast as possible since we were the last ones there. All in all not a horrible experience with purchasing a vehicle. I have gone through way way worse. Lol. If you're ready to purchase, take a look at Toyota's. Great vehicles that last for at least 10 years, more if you take care of them. Thank you for a pleasant experience. Long term Toyota lover

I thought it was very unfair. How I scheduled an appointment and the non-scheduled appointments would drive up and in for service. In my opinion, don’t make an appointment just drive up you get service faster. Also, I went back to pick up my car about two-ish and there were very Few cars driving up for service. Before I schedule an appointment, I had asked what time would be the best time to take my car that has the shortest waiting time and she Led me to believe it was busy all day long.

This review is about their service center. The service advisor was fine, but for those thinking of coming here just be aware they will try up sell you services for your car that you don't actually need and the prices are also way higher than normal. I just did major service on my Toyota 3 months ago somewhere else to fix a number of issue because my car is 9 years old and it was due for a major service. That service included alignment as well. My service advisor at Bill Wright tried to sell me their alignment services and a number of other services I just did, saying it was a critical issue in my car and they were trying to charge almost $200-$400 for each service. I appreciate service centers that are transparent, by showing me videos or pictures of the issues with my car, rather than using fear tactics to sell me services I don't need. I definitely don't plan to come back.

Paid for a new battery at my last service. I made the mistake of trusting that it was replaced. I happened to check under the hood for an unrelated issue and noticed that the old battery was still there. They put the new battery in after I brought it back. I have been a customer since the 90’s.
