I had a great experience overall. My salesman, Michael Lacey, took great care of me. Was very patient, answered all of my questions, provided great education, and was not pushy at all! I was very precise about the vehicle, the package and the color I wanted; Michael was able to get me exactly what I wanted in less than a week.

Purchased our vehicle in December 2020 and recently took it in for the first maintenance check. The service crew was great, quick and a positive experience overall! Took it in again because I had a screw in my tire...it was taken care of quickly and tbe service was great again. I was able to relax in their waiting area while I watched TV. I love this place and my Toyota.

Fast and friendly service from my advisor. She was great! Staff who checked in for appts, provided paperwork and returned keys, definitely need help with customer service. You get more personality from a vending machine.

Went in and proceeded to shotgun my credit without even agreeing on a price of a Camry, then over the phone the salesman was being vague about my credit and shotgunned it again to get me approved without my permission.

Can't even get them to answer a phone call during business hours. It just hangs up.
